Not satisfied with your product? You can return the product within 14 days.

Please follow these steps to return the product(s) to us.

Contact our customer service and provide the order number.
We will send you a link that lets you return your order in several steps.
Pack the product neatly in the box in which you received it.
Print your shipping label and stick it on the box.
Bring the package to a courrier service point in your area.
Here you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your shipment. Make sure you keep this. Once the product(s) have been received by us, we will send you a confirmation.
You will receive your money Back

Once we receive your product in an undamaged state, preferably in its original packaging, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days on your account.
